How to STOP Text Box from RENDERING if FRONT i Widget?

Hi, I am having trouble with Widget.

Tex Box is always rendering in front of other elements.

I have 2 images and I want to sandwich a Text Box element between them. I posted images to demonstrate the problem.

I noticed this behavior with other Text Box elements in my widgets but they didn’t present a problem in my design.

Is this a bug and are there any solutions?

Use Z Order, you can see it on the right. The higher the Z order, the more on top the widget sits.
