How to stop shadow distance culling in a metallic/reflective material?

Hi Everyone, I am having trouble fixing an issue which hopefully has a simple solution.

I am working on a project that uses a lot of metallic/chrome metal materials. For some reason in the reflection of the metallic material the shadow begins to cull/clip when I get closer to my object. But when my view is a certain distance away from the object the shadow is perfectly fine and doesn’r cull.

I have provided images below that show how the closer I get the more the shadow in the relfection culls, does anyone know the fix for this? Thanks.
