So I am trying to figure out why when I move my ship around does it slide? What I want my ship to do is to stop when the player lets go of the movement keys.

So I figured out how to get it from sliding like an air hockey table. What I did was switch from flying to walking and bumped up the gravity and the ground friction. Hopefully this could help someone out that ran into the same problem as me
