How to stop firing while jumping

I am working on a third person template an i want it to be so that when the character is in air the fire action doesnt work how do i do it![alt text][1]

Second example is better because you could walk off a ledge and be Falling without actually jumping which will prevent you from firing.

There is a third option to allow firing when apex has been reached but that’s more advanced and maybe not even necessary for you.
