How to specify 2 bones IK correct offset???

Hi, guys! I need to tightly weld two points: the bone and the socket.I’m using two bones IK with world space, and it works. But I also need to specify a small offset. When I try this, it also works, but once the character turns around, the bones start turning around the socket, too.

How can I specify an offset correctly? Thanks in advance.
