Hello,

We’ll need a bit more information from you to investigate:

  • Is it the Epic Games Launcher crashing, or the engine crashing?
  • Are you getting a crash reporter window? If so, please provide your Machine ID and ensure to hit Send & Close on the report.
  • If it is a project crashing, please provide the logs from the project’s Saved->Logs folder.

Epic Games Launcher is crashing it shows the fortnite with the heroes on it and then crashed with the Unreal engine crash reporter.

I am getting the crash report window pop up. I also sent and closed it. I attached a picture of what I see when I launched it and after it does that I get the unreal crash reporter. Please fix Sean I’m relying on you
