How to solve the problem when the character touches parts of the tilemap, the screen turns white? UE 4-27

Hello everyone, I’m just starting to learn UE4, I’m trying to create a 2D platformer, after creating a tilemap and launching it in a window, touching a wall or block, the screen turns white until you move away from it (her), what could be the problem?
I changed physics, collision, it doesn’t help, or I don’t quite change it…

How did you changed collisions? Did you add any blueprint or code, that reacts or works with collisions or overlapping events?
