How to solve degenerate FBX?

Hi, I have an issue while importing any FBX files inside UE4.
Whenever I try to import one, even if it’s a simple cube, I get this error log :

*.fbx could not be created because all of its polygons are degenerate.

This appeared suddenly and only occurs on this particular project. Any other project I tested work just fine with the import.
Any way to solve this ?

did you try checking your import options? if it works in one project and not another that would be the first thing that comes to mind for me

I had the same issue. I couldn’t find a way to solve it without just starting a new project and migrating my files to it - or just importing my files in another project and merging them to this one.

For those who have encountered this problem. One of the reasons is that the size of the model is too small, maybe it is less than one cm. Just enlarge the model in any 3d editor to a realistic scale, freeze the transforms so that the scale is 1,1,1 and export to fbx. I think that will solve this problem.
