How to show an animated fbx import

hi,
I have an animated box with lid that opens and close made with 3DSMax.
Is it possible to import it and see the animation in UE4 ?
I tried different things but I always end up with a static mesh, with no animation.
is there any tutorial, all I can find is animating characters or weapons, but not for prop’s.
I imported my box as skeleton mesh, rigid body so ue4 made a skeleton, a skeleton mesh and a physics asset from the box and the lid separate. How to combine this into a box with a lid that opens and close let’s say by a trigger ?
is there any tutorial or explanation for this, as I cannot find it.
