How to share a project?

I need help sharing a project
my question is: how do i share a project/work on a project with multiple people without source control???
i know that there are source controls such as git and Perforce but i want to see if there is a way to do it without them; maybe like a cloud project or something?

if there isnt a way to do this then my second question is: is there a way to have a Perforce or Git server on the cloud???
would there be a way to not host the server on my (or my friends) pc???

please help if you can

Can use OneDrive

On Windows 10 copy all the project to OneDrive folder than share Your Microsoft acc to others… the last modofication for each machine (date) will be uploaded

i dont want to share accounts though this is for multiple accounts
does anyone know how to do that???
