How to setup in game purchases? Buying Levels etc, any tutorials?

Hi, is there any good tutorials to show how to setup in game purchases, so you can buy extra levels, characters, hats, whatever?

Everything I can find is on how to sell in the Epic Marketplace Store or IAP for apps, not in game PC games.
Or is this a DLC/Steam thing?
