How to set the default snapping values for move, rotate, scale

How can I set the default snapping values of move/rotate/scale to different values than the defaults?

Currently, when I make a project, snapping is on for all 3, I can see in the settings how to disable that on default when I create new projects. I want to keep snapping on, but not the default values.

You can change the snapping values, but it’s for the editor, not a project

Yes, saw that one too, but let’s say you want to use that 12 for new projects too, how can you make it the default?

It becomes the default for the editor. So all projects would have it.
