How to set location of brush objects in the scene from editor

Theoretically objects must have been placed relatively from 0,0,0 (world space). Then why there is no option to set location of Brush objects apart from using move tool. I don’t find any property such as Location for placing/moving objects at a fixed location just like other objects (Actors).

I might be missing something here please help.

I’m not sure about brushes, but you can convert them to StaticMesh and then set the position from Details panel.
