That gizmo is indicating the “pivot point” of the mesh - in the editor itself, you can specify the pivot point of actors by alt+middle mouse clicking on the mesh in the level (or in the menu)
You can’t do that inside Blueprints though - it needs to be the actual pivot of the mesh (the other way is a layer on top of that)
You can fix that in blender by moving your mesh so it’s edge is in the center, or I have a plugin on the marketplace that allows you to set the meshes pivot:
