I tried to create door with custom mesh i made in blender, but rotation worked bad, due to gizmo that located at the center of mesh. Is it possible to change meshes gizmo location inside of actor or fix door the other way

That gizmo is indicating the “pivot point” of the mesh - in the editor itself, you can specify the pivot point of actors by alt+middle mouse clicking on the mesh in the level (or in the menu)
You can’t do that inside Blueprints though - it needs to be the actual pivot of the mesh (the other way is a layer on top of that)
You can fix that in blender by moving your mesh so it’s edge is in the center, or I have a plugin on the marketplace that allows you to set the meshes pivot:
