How to select mulitiple Objects inside the Unreal Editor - also hidden once (back side of the view)

Hello,

I try to figure out, how to select multiple Objects at the same time inside a demo map. Inside The Preview Window of the Unreal Editor.
There are different houses in this Demo Map. Each House being setup modular, consisting of a lot of meshes etc.

(1) I do want to select all meshes (and everything, that belongs to a single house)
(2) and then group them.

Inside The Preview Window of the Unreal Editor I do use the Key-kombination “Ctrl+Alt+Left Mouse Button” drawing a box, that selects the objects, that I want to select.
But, all the inside Meshes and also the back Face Meshes are not selected.
Also “Alt Gr+Left Mouse Button” drawing a box works the same way, but also not the meshes on the backside or inside are not selected.

I do use UE 4.19.

How would I achiev this, that ALL Meshes etc., that belongs to the House is selected, even the are selected in Editor View?

I am not sure, what I do wrong?
I digged through the Editor Preferences, or even through posts at this forum, but could not find a solution for this.

Hope, that this Forum here is the right one for this Question.

Please, might somebody know help?
Best regards,
Harald

Hello,

so far, I did no solution for this issue.
I do think, that this issue is important for other developers, setting up and using modular constructions or houses, so I did create a Topic at the “Feedback for Epic” Section:
