I would say rotate the camera … And the pawn if you want to
I did before posting this, camera and pawn… its just affect the animation rotation and the camera angle view, it keeps walking(Translating) in the same axis.
The side scrolling template only allows movement on one axis. If the terrain or map is rotated you would have to calculate a linear X and y movement with respect to the new level angle.
Where and how can i do that?

You need change only springArm.
Go to CharacteBP -> Components -> SpringArm1 -> Transform -> Absolute Rotation Y = 340 , Z = 210
