How to rig a model for use in a ue4 game?

Hey guys. I am trying to simply make a mesh mod for Friday The 13th: The Game. I have extracted a model’s mesh with umodel. I import the PSK into blender. Now how the heck do i rig the skeleton onto the new mesh?? Whenever i TRY to do it myself the mesh always exports as static, (I’m exporting as FBX) so clearly i am doing something wrong. Should i be exporting as PSK and coding the importation of the PSK into ue4? I am really not sure what the problem is, and i feel like someone here can help me. (I know how to do the rest of the stuff to get it to work in game, just rigging i can’t do) If you help me i will love you forever lol. Thank you so much in advance.
