I’ve had a number of UE4 and EGL problems so I formatted and fresh installed just make sure it’s not me - it’s never been me it’s always the developers - anyway ADK is 70GB and too much for data cap so after find a guide saying to start the ADK install then exit EGL and copy files to the correct folder - this work around doesn’t work anymore - also I have around 300gb~ of normal UE4 work to restore later too.
