How to resolve a sanction?

Summary

Hello, I received an email that my listing contains adult content and I have been sanctioned and that I have to change the “Mature content” setting.
But I can’t change it because: it says “Cannot update a live listing from non mature to mature” and “Your listing is invalid and cannot be sent to moderation”. What should I do? How can I change it if the system doesn’t let me do it? The letter says that I can appeal or change the “Mature content” settings. how can I remove the sanctions?

Did you try to unpublish your asset before changing the “Mature Content”?
If not, make sure to unpublish the asset, apply the requested changes, and re-upload it. While the asset is published, you won’t be able to make the changes.
