I have been reporting ‘bad’ products since the UE Marketplace, and not a single report was taken seriously. 100% of my reports were closed without taking any action, even after I made appeals.
I’m not sure whether I can take this whole thing seriously anymore.
Honest question: how can someone like me who isn’t much art ortiented spot that this product is generated with AI?
Yeah, you’re supposed to file an ticket either through that menu or through Fab’s support tickets
It’s not really obvious that it’s AI, but there’s something off about it, the colors and resolutions between the trees don’t quite match. I can understand why it’s hard to take actions against it.
Same. I reported those AI packs which participate in the 70% Holiday sale and are labeled as NOT made with AI.

I wrote the US and EU laws that require labeling AI-generated content.
1 minute(!) later, my reports were closed with:
“No Action Taken
After a thorough review, we determined that the content reported does not violate Epic’s rules or any laws.”
They even state: “Repeatedly falsely reporting illegal content may have serious consequences, up to and including a permanent account ban.”
The AI which does FAB content moderation is permitting illegal content to be sold and bans trustworthy, legit sellers for nonsensical, made up reasons while users that want a transparent and legal FAB are being threatened with account bans.
I came here to ask the same question. The first thing I do when browsing new assets is to “Hide products created with AI” so they don’t clutter up my marketplace experience. Then I see products like this: https://www.fab.com/listings/b523db6f-66e1-4a29-9738-f8670594555e where the seller has indicated in its details after “Generated with AI” = NO, but come on. Even the description is like reading AI text prompts.
