How to render to texture & bake onto emissive map for Lights only

Good Morning UE4 AnswerHub.

First post and apologies if I have posted this in the wrong section of the AnswerHub. I really need someone’s expertise.

Modelling has been carried out in 3dsMax2020, materials have been Created in Substance Painter and exported via DataSmith.

I have Created a scene for my up and coming project. I have spent a good week trying to research how to bake flood lights onto a 2d Emissive map to no avail. I need some help here.

I have attached a screenshot of the Scene, with the lights set up.

And I would like to get the flood lighting stationary to bake on an Emissive map.
But the results are Less than desired. Have a Look at JF_F28_VC_01_E

I have attached the Constriction script and Event Graph as a Reference:

Also I have attached RectLight settings as a reference, just in case I have over looked anything.

The Ideal scenario would be to know how to BAKE the RectLight onto JF_F28_VC_01_E
The light Reference CP_WHITE_LIGHT which would effect material JF_F28_VC_01_T
