Hello. I’m trying to create control rig and I have too much bones in my character skeleton imported from blender. It includes ik bones, constraints and other stuff. But I suppose I can’t use it in ue5. So I want to delete bones which has no vertices weighted against it. How can I do it?
If it’s not possible maybe there is a way to hide it somehow? I don’t see a way how to use it anyway.

I would go back in Blender and delete them there.
We can’t really edit skeletons in UE.
5.3 may introduce a skeleton editor.
You can hide or scale bones in blueprints, but that doesn’t actually get rid of the bone.

you need to back to blender or what to delete the extra bone AND Most important you still need to rebind and skin you mesh again because if just delete the bone it will really easy cause some trouble when you want to animation it.
And then, you just need back to Engine and import the new file again and creat a new bone.
Remember to rename your new bone.
