How to reduce buttons in the top toolbar in UE 4.26

I would very much like to remove buttons like Save Current, Source Control, Content, Marketplace, Settings.. heck I’d like to remove all of them so that I have space for the plugin buttons because I’m getting tired of having to click >> to get to the play button.

I know I can just ALT+P to play but I work on multiple screens and sometimes if I have another window active and press ALT+P while the viewport is not visible, it starts the game in a separate window.

I’s more of a preference thing, would really like to remove the buttons that I don’t use from here.

You can not remove those icons from the toolbar. My suggestion is to enable Small Toolbar Icon.

open Editor Preferences →General - Appearance → and enable Use Small Tool Bar Icon

That does seem to be the best option.

Though it gives me UE5.0 PTSD so I’ll just have to contend with the large icons
