For a game project, I want my character to shoot a water jet, similar to the one from Jeff. Do you have any ideas on how I could achieve that? It looks like he’s not shooting particles but rather a textured cylinder.

Definitely does look like a mesh as opposed to particles, probably a skeletal mesh using physics/constraints on certain bones, id look into rope or whip physics setups. a material with a panner effect, and some particles emmitting at the end
