In the state of Unreal announcement (at the 4:54 mark), you can see animators driving the car around a set of preset traffic. I’ve tried the take recorder to record actors, nearby spawned actors, and such and have had no success as of yet.
What is the best way to go about this to create my own cinematic scene?
Hi. I’m also looking into this. I would love to get a recording of a part of the city simulation with moving traffic in it, to manipulate it in sequencer. I’ve tried adding all the vehicle actors being spawned during gameplay/simulation to Take Recorder, but it all comes out wonky and the assets are loaded in and out of the recording - it’s a mess. Did you ever figure it out?
