How to randomise the instance of a number of animated characters

We produce plans of Cow barns, imort them to twinmotion for the video production.

For the video we place a number of animated cow characters into the barn for a better effect, always using the "Instance" copy option, so the cows are not all posing in the same position.

After saving the file, closing and reopening, it seems the placed posing position is reset back to the same position for all characters.

The videos look really stupid with rows of cows doing exactly the same movements, like synchronized dancers 😕

Is there a way, variable or such to set the start position for animated characters?

A function to randomly set pose poistion of all selected characters would be nice.

Anyone else have experiences with this? Any solutions?
