How to put the scroll bar in the left side of Scroll Box instead of the default right side?

As shown above, is there any method to ajust the position of the scroll bar from default right side to the left side of the Scroll box?

Not yet unfortunately
Maybe this is designed to be on the right side because most of people are right-handed, then they may drag the scroll bar on the right side more easily.
