yeah basically your goal is to use a mobile phone. so what you will do is will add widget as a component on mobile phone mesh or even you can attach to any mesh placed in environment, more over to interact with you will need to add widget interaction component in your player character, widget interaction component is like line trace from your character that can track your widgets and you can interact accordingly.
