How to Publish Unity Asset Bundles on Fab.com?

My Unity asset bundles keep getting rejected due to the reason: “Submission has a huge difference compared to the live Unity Asset Store product.”

When I reached out to support, they explained that on the Unity Asset Store, I have a single file, but on Fab.com, I am uploading multiple files. This discrepancy stems from the fact that Unity handles bundles differently compared to Fab.com.

Here’s a screenshot of the email from Unity support explaining the issue in detail. On Unity, the only way to upload a bundle is to create a free update that includes the products from the bundle. However, on Fab.com, this approach doesn’t seem to work.

Could you please clarify how I can successfully publish a bundle on Fab.com under these circumstances?

Hi NeonSpaceFighter,
We are currently asking that files in Unity submissions closely match what’s already available on the Unity Asset Store. If a product gets declined, we encourage the seller to respond to the ticket with a reason why there are some differences, and we take that into consideration. If you’d like to resubmit, I’ll let our review team know to be on the lookout, and pass along the context that you’ve shared here.

Thanks,
Josh
