How to properly install an unreal update

Hi, I have a problem where the new UE 5.0.2 update has come out and I can’t update it in the epic games launcher. No button or anything like that that says “update”. What I have been doing is uninstalling UE5 then reinstalling it but with the newer version. Any help would be appreciated!

It does eventually appear in the launcher. It will say ‘update’ here

Try to update Epic launcher. I had similar issue.
