How to properly enable the StackSampling channel with Unreal Insights

I want to try the new “StackSampling” channel with Unreal Insights but I cannot make it work.

From what I understood, the editor must be executed with admin rights. This allows to enable the channel, otherwise toggling the checkbox does nothing.

Now if I open a capture with insights, all the timers are labeled with something like “N/A / 0x3F4CC001 NotLoaded”.

I imagine this is missing some sources to identify to which source code it refers. There’s a setting in Insights in the “Timers” panel: right-click→Settings→Source File Path but either I didn’t set the right path or it is not the solution.

How do you enable this channel properly ?

I managed to make it work. The modules seem to be currently loaded only if the ‘memory’ channel is active as well during the capture. Follow the official documentation of Memory Insights to setup the symbols.
