How to prevent objects close to the viewpoint from being clipped

I am looking for a way to prevent objects close to the viewpoint from being clipped.

I set the value to “1” in Project Settings > General Settings > Near Clip Plane, but the terrain still disappears depending on the angle of the viewpoint.

Is it possible that this problem can be solved by adding thickness to the surface of the terrain created with Voxel?
Is there any way to add thickness to the surface?
