How to prevent character after animation from going back to his animation start point(without root motion)

Hello, i wanted to ask if theres any way to Use animation from mixamo without rooting motion?
for example if i want to gave a cool jump attack for AI, root motion doesnt work in this case because rooted jump animation will look horrible on AI.

right now after it performs animation it goes back to the animation startpoint. any ideas? :frowning:
