How to pixelize part of the scene

Hi all,
so, iI just saw this nice tutorial and I am wondering if it is possible to achieve something similar for only parts of the screen. Idealy, it would be simple mesh, ideally plane or box, with pixelating material and everything that is behind it, from the camera’s point of view, would be pixelated. Is something like this possible? If so, how?

That 1 is doing a post process effect so you can’t do it like that for just 1 object very easily, but on the material for the object itself you could do it no problems.
