How to pipe a camera feed to a polygon or the side of a cube or a plane?

I once saw a concept of a sort of real life invisibility cloak could be experimented with a system of a camera feeding to a screen on the back of the camouflaged object in the middle. I figure it would be interesting to try something like this in UE4.

Bare in mind this is not a portal. It has to have the fixed camera feed on the polygon or face. So I want it to look kind of cheesy. Maybe even add something to the effect to mess with the contrast to give it that tv screen effect. Or some kind of grain to simulate dirt.

Does anyone know how to go about making something like this? Thanks in advance!
