How to outline a mesh

I’m using the SICKA MANSION project and it had a custom outline post process material, I tried using the same material in my own project to get an easy outline system but I couldn’t get it to work.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get this working in other projects and if they could explain a little about how the outline works in the first place.

Note;
I did make sure to add the material to the post process volume and set it to unbound.

Did you enable custom stencil in the project settings?

Turns out the interactable blueprint that came with the asset pack the highlight works with Enabled with stencil, I looked through the blueprint to see what’s different between their interactable and mine and I cant seem to find anything

Did you also set these on the mesh
