How to open a 3rd party app upon exiting UE4 app ?

I would like to open Samsung Internet browser with a specific page opened after player/user chooses to quit my UE4 app/game (for example by choosing “Quite and Donate” button instead of “Quit” button).

How can I do that, if I can ?
