How to move Unreal Engine folder to different drive on a Mac?

So I’ve worked with Unreal Engine 4 on Windows for a bit, but I’m still a beginner. I recently switched to an M1 Max MacBook, with 32 gigs of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and everything else set to the max. I switched because Unreal isn’t my main focus, but I still want to use it. So here’s my question: I have a 4-terabyte drive on which I installed UE5 (I don’t care about the performance reduction), but the assets I got from Marketplace that I added to my projects are still on my HDD. I found the folder they’re in (Unreal Engine) and want to move it to my hard drive, but I don’t know if that’ll mess something up. Can someone let me know if this is possible and if so how to do it properly? I’m asking because I want to use my main storage for something else and all the gigabytes of megascans and everything will fill up my HDD.
