How to move the UV of a mesh in blueprint (not in material BP)?

I need to change the color (using a color atlas texture) of something moving the UV of the object in realtime, because they are so many objects and is more performance wise compared to use dynamic instanced material for each object.

I know that an UV is something of the mesh and not the material, so how can i move the UV of an object using UE4 blueprints?

You cant move UVs. Just move the underlying texture instead.
Make a material with parameters exposed and connected to the input of a panner node.
Use a dunamic material instance and drive the parameters as desired.
