I didn’t think I would have to ask this but I don’t see any option, neither can I drag it to the previous folder. I can drag the files to a folder, that is in the same place where the files are that I want to transfer.
You can drag the files into the folder hierarchy on the left side.

The stack button next to “Filters” on the top-left corner of the content browser will show/hide the folder hierarchy.
