Hi, I want to know how to move the Bones in the middle of the Anim Montage, Like Change Head Rotation Or Spine , In Short What Is The Best Way? Control Rig ? Because some animations need to be edited for cases like the touch button.

Sorry I thought you asked how to edit bones in a montage that would last forever. So I don’t think theres a way to have smooth transitions in a given frame of an animation only using montages, even if there is, I think you should use control rigs.
For the specific task you’ve described, yes control rigs would do
