How to modify the gameplay Ability tags relevant to Activation Owned Tags etc?

In Gameplay Ability, there are “Activation Owned Tags”“Activation Required Tags” saying “Tags to apply to the owner” etc.
However, where are they actually added to? Can I modify it in Blueprint logic?
To be more clear, it seem to have a tag-container-like object to check these Tags, I would like to know how to manipulate it in Blueprint to setup Conditions of Gameplay Abilities.
