How to modify bone transform of a skeleton?

I have two skeletons. They are the same but the bone transform are different. I have animations that work on the first skeleton and I want to use them with the second. Is it possible to edit bone transform of this skeleton ?

I want to know this too

If there is a way to edit it into 3ds Max or Maya, it will be fine too.

I have tried “Transform Bone” node in Animation Blueprint but it’s unfortunately not what I need. What I want to do looks like a retargeting.
