How to mask only parts of an actor

Hello, i am trying to apply a mask to only the part of the actor which is covered by the render target texture, but the actor either is complete visible or complete hidden.

Could you help me out to find the mistake i am making and point me to the right direction or provide a better way to achieve this effect ?
