How to make UE5 run down-rezzed in full screen on PC?

I’m trying to set the resolution extra low but still have it run full-screen. Can UE5 do this? (Going for a retro appearance.)

The way that is looks for a moment, when it’s set to low res and it comes up windowed-- the way it looks for about a half-second when it first goes fullscreen, before it increases the resolution-- that’s what I’m aiming for.

Is there, for instance, a way to override that adjustment (so that it stays pixelated) via blueprint or code?

A good way to do that is with Post Processing. Google “ue pixelated post process” for various tutorials on how to do it.

Oh, cool. I followed a tutorial and got it working that way. Thanks.
