I’ve been tracking the tilt and motion around levels of my Panasonic Lumix GH5’s camera body with an attached Vive tracker how I want it to. A new thing I want to do is have another Vive tracker track the motion of my Panasonic Lumix GH5 camera rig’s follow focus similar to how Jake G. Water did in his “Unreal Engine Using a Vive Tracker to Pull Focus and Zoom” video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CtS2EWWGfG4&t=359s) to have my Cine Camera actor in Unreal Engine 5.3.1 zoom the same amount as my Panasonic Lumix GH5. I’ve figured out how to get my blueprint map to recognize my Vive tracker and allow it to adjust the Zoom property’s focal length in the Picture-in-Picture window when I press the Play button in my blueprint editor. My problem is whenever I hit the play button, the viewport in Unreal Engine’s editor doesn’t display my camera tracking while it receives transform data in real time. It’s almost like the viewports freezes, but not exactly. I just can’t click on or adjust anything in the viewport except the perspective of the overall scene. So, I don’t see my Cine Camera Actor zooming while its Zoom property adjusts in real time when I move my Vive tracker. How do I get my viewports to show my Cine Camera Actor zooming in and out when I press the Play button in my blueprint editor?
