Hello, I am testing my game in the dev and stage sandbox trougth installation by Epic Launcher, in the Unreal I have set the game icon, when I made the installation of the game by epic launcher it creates a shortcut of my game into the windows desktop, this shortcut have the unreal icon and not the game icon like the installed game have in the install folder, how can I set the shortcut of installation?

Try adding a separate .ico file with same file name as the app executable (for example: launch.ico should be used if the executable is launch.exe). That should hopefully get your icon updated for you.
