When the player collides with the vehicle it makes it move or fly
I need the player to collide with the vehicle, but cannot move it,

Just try increasing the mass of the vehicle… That’ll do!
The vehicle weighs 15,000 kilos, it is not possible that it flies like this, or that the character can move it so easily, I am missing some parameter that does not allow it, or some way.
ok… What do u want to do with the vehicle?.. If u want it to do specific things like(move when the player boards) … u can animate it by disabling physics … Or you Should be increasing the mass all the way up ( from the video i get it u have set it to 8tons) …just play with the numbers … This had solved my problem once… Good Luck
The result that I hope, is not being able to move the vehicle with the character, I have increased the weight of the vehicle.
