Spend the next three years learning how to draw. Then use that experience with a modeller. Build models based on your art-knowledge. ^^ Sorry for the flip answer, but that’s basically what you need to do.

Yup, that’s one way to go. The other option is to spend the next three years learning how to model and sculpt, then use that experience to build high and low poly versions of the assets you need, then bake your textures and use something like Substance Painter to spice things up.

Then of course there’s the purely technical interpretation of “high quality texture map” which is merely a question of whether or not it has a high enough resolution…
